July car and driver review of Fit Automatic.
FYI: Interesting that they do a one page short take on the fit automatic, (they must like our car having reviewed the manual the previous issue). They state the manual at 8.7 seconds and the auto at 10.4, stating using the paddle shifters will knock 1/2 second off. They also state that "it's far more entertaining to operate than competing automatics, and it's well suited to urban driving".
They state the automatic is "a pretty sophisticated peice of equipment for... this class. And in the same article state that the fit's standard tranny "is arguably the best in its class". As I said before, car and driver must like our car!
Personally I purchased the Auto for the relaxed interstate cruising, but if I wear younger I would have gone for the manual.

I can't wait to get my fit AT and plug in the G-tech!
after the break-in period, of course!
