J.D. Power and Associates Vehicle Quality Study

I recently completed a Vehicle Quality Study from J.D. Power and Associates regarding the 2007 Honda Fit. I thought everyone would like to see it and I was wondering what how everyone else would have answered. Leave comments with the problem code (e.g., E30 Fluid Leaks) and problem description/symptoms.

Why do you have it listed as a Civic LX?

Good thing you didn't fill out the survey. Number seven states "Please tell us about about the vehicle you replaced". I replaced a 2003 Civic LX.

Every problem you list I don't have. Lucky I got my car.

To be fair, the print is quite small.

Thanks for posting the questionnaire, though. I've been wondering how the J.D. Power survey is worded.

Based on my experience with my site's surveys (thanks for the link, FaceYogurt), this one is very complex. Many people will have trouble filling it out properly. You described your issues much more clearly and precisely than most people would have.

What were you supposed to do if you have more than three issues?
