2008 Honda Fit Sport A/T Seibon Carbon Fiber Hood

I have the hood installed in the Fit, But still wonder if i'm really need to take the Hood heat shield and the rear rubber part from the factory hood over to this Carbon Fiber Hood. Will it make any different?

No you don't need to, it won't make any difference at all, I have the same hood and didn't switch over all the stock stuff. That was almost 25K ago BTW
