Alrite, i know for a fact that i am going to buy a FIT but i have some questions? What options is everyone getting(what options are there)? I c all of this stuff about JDM body kits on here, is that something i can order when i get the car or what? I really like the looks of the yellow Fit on the main page and want to go for that look so what would i need to do? Sorry bout the questions im just esxcited!

 

yellow is not an available color for united states.

fit sport will come with a lip kit.

fit base will not.

the factory does not come with any options. only options are dealer installed.

 

look on the specs to see if you want the base or the sport. I personally love the sport cause of the keyless entry, lip kit, cruise control and of couse my paddle shifters even though I don't use them often.. its nice to know that I do have the option

 

Not sure if you know but the body kits that are available for currently do not fit the North America Fit without a complete conversion to the JDM front end and some fiddling with the supports for the rear bumper cap. The yellow Fit pictured is wearing a Mugen kit. If you don't want to do the conversion you'll have to wait for kits for NA Fits to come out. There are threads in the Fit Tricks section regarding the JDM conversion. There are tons of body kits for the overseas version out there. All it takes is some cubic dollar injection!

 

I dig the sport, as it looks a little better with the trim kit, but I really want the MP3 playing head unit, since that's what my current head unit does. I'll also probably get the Harman Kardon Drive + Play unit for iPod use, since it's a much better setup than the Honda Musiclink. Keyless entry is also something I won't do without, as well as power windows and locks. At least for my daily driver. (I don't mind that my '69 911 doesn't have any of that good stuff!)

 

Well thanks guys, i think im definetly going to go with the Sport FIT cause i do like the looks better!
