I've got to agree on this.

The one man shop that did mine took about the same time as Cat's and it was clear from the go-get.
Only issue was on the hatch window, slight edging along the defrost wires - it dissipated, as the guy said it would, in a week.

Now's the time to have it redone - longer you wait the more difficult the tint is to remove.

Lesson to be learned is to insist on a proper job, not accept it as somehow your fault.
Those dust particles will begin to look like boulders... least they would to me.

Have them do it over, I think getting a refund would be difficult before giving them a shot at correcting [re-do] it.
The shop can do the job correctly - starting at the end of the day as opposed to rescheduling is not doing it justice, they messed up.

lol... that's good n everything, glad that you can live with those dust imperfections... but i'd recommend you do a thorough investigation before buying anything costly, since cost is not equal to good product and service.. there are those total rip offs, scammers, etc... who sold you knock off product posed as original ones... i know for sure that there are knock offs that looks EXACTLY like the original, complete with tabs, boxes, manuals, certificates, etc that's exactly the same as original... so, i prefer to go to a reputable company for my car works.
