On the Honda Fit (2013 and possibly other years too), the front and back bumpers have two round caps. At the dealers I saw some where the caps were open and revealed what looked like two pipes (garden hose type). Just curious as to what these pipes are for...?

 

There is a round tow hook that screws into this location for towing so as not to damage the bumpers.
