My Aux Port Cover on the dashboard popped off while connecting and disconnecting cable for hands free phone device.
The last time this happened, the cover fell under the seat railing end cover and is not retrievable.
I went to the dealership to inquire about replacement part only to find out it is not shown as a replaceable part.
It seems as though Honda is not the least bit concerned about offering this replacement part to their customers.
is this true? If so, I find this to be a highly unacceptable state of affairs concerning customer satisfaction by Honda .

 

These end rail covers come off rather easily. Just pry the sides out and pull forward.

Or

check with some of the online dealers and see if they have it.
