Searching for "Run all the boost!"

Searching for "Run all the boost!"
Somebody here has in their signature a "cartoon character" with one arm in the air yelling "Run all the boost!" Can someone help me find it? I have searched and searched....

I guess I could mention why I was looking for it.
I got into a discussion on Facebook where my brother posted a story of a woman who was robbed at an ATM and as the thief was running away, the woman put her car in "D" and ran his ass over. My brother went on to say that if you aren't carrying a weapon, to use whatever you have at your disposal....and in this case, she had a car.
A lot of people were disagreeing saying that the "punishment" didn't fit the crime.
Of course I had to say "Run all the boost!"
