Unhappy Sun Visors...

Bought my wife a new 2012 honda fit back in 2012 and she is only 5'2" so when she tries to use the sun visor for the side window it doesn't do any good for her. Poor design with them as I am 5'9" and they don't really help me either.

So we normally drive around with out shades on

Yep. They're pretty much useless in side window mode. I drive south in the morning (sun on my left) and north in the evening (sun on my left). The gap between the visor and door pillar is exactly where the sun shines in on me. An extendable flap (my Odyssey has one) or a telescoping mounting rod would fix it. Too bad Honda considers the Fit a "cheap" car not worthy of such features.

If you look at how it's made it's a joke.
As you swing the visor over to the side the visor angles up. It's a small thing but it's really annoying and Honda saying it's a "cheap" car doesn't justify them to make crap/cheap decisions.

My company work truck is a 2013 GMC no power windows, no power mirrors, and yet it has sun visors that block out the sun and they even extend! It's what GMC calls a cheap work truck.
