I've never done it on a GE, but you need to move the plastic cowling in order to reach the plugs. Some have said you can reach around if you have skinny arms. It's apparently a 20-30 min job, but again, no personal experience.

This is when I miss the good ol' B-series engines. 4-minute cake walk.

Take the wipers off first( Pry cap off then remove nut). Then the two corner pieces. They come off by prying at the bottom next to hood and then sliding up.

The center pieces come off by prying up at the glass side then the hood side will release. Have to disconnect the washer hose once the piece is loose.

Thanks....I will give it a go. If you guys can upload any picks much appreciated. I don't want to take it to the dealer and pay a fortune.

.
This is easy if you remove the air box, plastic manifold, valve cover, etc. and do a valve adjustment at same time--a good thing to do at the mileage you need to replace spark plugs. No need to touch plastic cowl, if you do this--plenty of room.
