He laughed and said 'used'?

I said 'yea used, ALL USED UP, just like you!', and i promptly hung up on him.

I then laughed at the memory of the call for like 20 minutes.
Whata loser!

Wink At least I am seeing more FITs

Was on a little road trip today, and saw a VBP, Lunar Mist, and a BOM all in a 2.5 hour trip!!!! That is the most I have ever seen! I think Honda just can't bring them in fast enough!!!!

Talking VBP with 25 miles

Sorry Dude!!! I have been waiting for a VBP FIT and would have jumped on one with 25 miles on it! I don't think they could have done any damage to the car. I have been waiting since mid-July and mine is not due here until Nov. I have only been offered a Silver one from another dealer.

I think it would be a good idea if someone turns down a Fit to jump on the Forum to let everyone know there's one available. I'm sure it pained more than a few people who have been waiting for months to get one to hear about one that was passed over. There are plenty of people who'd drive a long way to pick up a Fit with 25 miles on it! My daughter loves my Fit, couldn't find one and had to settle for a Yaris.

Where is that used VBP FIT

Ok, I just found out that my VBP will be built in Oct for Nov delivery. So, where was this VBP Fit located???? At least, I know it will be in sooner than later.

I aggree.

I'm tired of dealers thinking they have all the power.

Someone's gotta stick up for those of us on the consumer side.

I demand respect!

and if you don't like it, then go somewhere else.

Look, I want this car as much as everyone else.

But i'm not gonna kiss anyones a*s to get one.
I'm not gonna pay more than msrp.
And i'm certainly not going to pay for
someone elses pile of used sh*t.

I'm paying for a new car.
I'll have a new car.

If anyones going to put 25 miles on my car, it'll be me.

Sorry, but used is if it has been registered, not miles. I guess he got the last laugh and the next person on the list got the car,

Nah. That's what discussion boards are for - sharing opinions and challenging what people say.

I wouldn't care if you were just a primadonna that wanted a car with under 5 miles on it. But you were rude to the salesman, called him a loser, and bragged about it on this forum as if your ridiculous behavior was somehow normal. It's not. I was just pointing that out for you. No biggie!

As already said, he had the last laugh. After you hung up on him, he probably rolled his eyes and had it sold within 15 minutes to someone a little less uptight.

BTW, I was never rude to the sales guy, and never called him a 'loser'.
I don't care what he did or said after i hung up.
I already told you what was important.
The fact that you've gone out of the way to bring all this to my attention simply leads me to believe you have some type of personality disorder.
I'm sorry you are having such a hard time dealing with it.
Maybe you should seek counciling.

Obviously my words have flustered you to the point that you forgot what you posted.

Damn I'm powerful.

how new is new? you realize u'll never find a car with less than 25 miles in it, unless u bought it before it was built in a plant. You probably look like an idiot to anyone you tell that story to.

Of the 30+ cars if owned in my life, all were new, and none had
more than 5 miles on it. So now it really sounds like your the idiot.

You are obviously disabled in some way.
I have not forgot what posted.
I never told the sales person he was idiot.
That is a statement 'you' have choosen to create.
If you look at my post, I refer to him as an idiot on this post, but
never told him on the phone that he was an idiot.
If you were not so disabled and able to read correctly then
maybe you would not be so confused.
I'm sure if you check with your local community college
they may have a reading program for the disabled.

It does not matter what you think.

"Used" is a legal status of car registration. I bought a new Camry once that had well over 5000 miles and have seen used cars with well under this.

Page 12 of your own state's registration manaul shows this is even true for a dealer, if they register the car (obtain title) then it can only be transfered as used:
