best I bought so far

First off, I'm am, and will always be, a Honda enthusiast. The car has a lot more room than I thought it would and looks like the head of a small dragon by the way the lines are laid out. I don't think it's my imagination. Maybe it is, if you can see it too let me know!!! The POTENTIAL is what I like most of all. I can't wait to see all the aftermarket parts that will come out for this car... Mine is a 2015 EX sport package (at least that's what the window sticker said it had) and for now only has 200 miles. But even when it hits 200k I think this was the best car purchase I've made

I describe my new (since August) Fit EX as the first ride I have actually loved, and as of retirement on 1/1/15, look forward to many, heartily-enjoyed miles of service. Your dragon head comparison is not a bad call for the over-all look, although with my Modern Steel Metallic I tend to favor a somewhat more cybernetic or extra-terrestrial critter line of resemblance. In keeping with this thread, I will add that I really like the CVT, which amply permits me to "move on" as driving conditions allow and/or require.

Gosh I love so many things about my Fit.

I drive a 2013 Raspberry MT

I love the color!
I love the transmission, its so fun to drive
I love the basic center console, radio set up.
I love the flip down seats and hatchback

only 2 things I dont like:
The cluster that gets scratched no matter what!
and that dog hair gets attached easily ( i have a husky)

Things to love:

warm tushie in very cold temps. (-:

I am surprised that the radio is as good as it is. My '06 Civic had a 360 watt stereo with sub-woofer. This is a 180 watt, and you know, it sounds just fine. The sound on my classic radio shows is perfect.

Remote start!!!!!

PASSIONBERRY PEARL!!!!

The handling and steering feel, the cargo space, the nimbleness, overall incredible value for the money, reliability.

What I dont like: weak AC, lack of power (to be expected for the price range and car type), gets thrown around during windy weather

AC is important even when it's below zero. My coffee mug sitting up there in the dash cupholder likes to fog up the windshield, and people keep exhaling all that moisture into the cold, dry air.

Thanks for the comments BUT...

I made this thread about what you "LIKE" about your Fit. Please post your dislikes in that thread already done years ago and still active. We didn't purchase this car because of what we hate about it but of what we liked about this Car.

Again thanks guys for the prolific comments. I want people interested about buying one to see the great things they'll learn before a salesman lies or twists the truths about the features.

I still enjoy OBM.

And the steering.
And the fuel economy (even if lackluster next to my EcoBoost).
And the ease/cost of maintenance.
And the aesthetic (inside and out).

1.) I like that my 2011 fit averages almost 31 mpgs in everyday driving
2.) I really like that at the current gas prices I can fill the tank for $20
3.) I like that I can go 11k miles between oil changes and that the car only uses 4 QTS of oil.
4.) I like that I have over 20 cubic feet of space behind the back seat.
5.) I like that the seats fold down without having to take the headrests out

Thumbs up A few new things i realized this week

Each place in the navi keeps the settings stay. I can go from CD with vol at 30 and bass/treb settings keep while the vol and settings are maintained in b/t, usb, or aux.

Also if the front wipers are off while the rear wiper is off, if you put the car in reverse, the rear wiper oscillates a few times for safety.

Very neat stuff...

Engaging reverse will run the rear wiper... if the fronts are running. It's a cute, thoughtful touch: if you need fronts on but not rears, selecting reverse makes that the new front for a few moments. So Honda turns it on for you.
