In November 25, I ordered several parts from Honda Parts Cheap. It was my first experience with this company. Last Friday, I finally got around to working on my car, and I noticed that they had sent me three (of five) wrong parts. Today, when I attempted to contact them, I learned that their customer service phone line had been discontinued.

P.S. It seems like it's getting ever more difficult to find and buy parts online, especially since all the sites use the same software that, at least for me, makes it a puzzle to figure out where the parts are. Looking for a wiper blade insert? Select Year, Make, Model, Emissions, Transmission, Trim Level. Then, take a guess.

 

Thanks for the heads up. My go-to sources are Bernadi & College Hills. Although at times I have strayed away in search of a cheaper price, these guys have never let me down.

 

If not too late, contact your credit card company and dispute that charge? !
