i was jus jumping around j-garage (jdm car dealer) and guess what i found!!!!

which comes out to about $13,600 USD. Not too shabby but I'm sure you can get some better cars out there for that price.

Whats with the front bumper? on the (screen) right it looks like it pops out beyond the body?

I would assume that's the location of the front number plate. As far as I know, US don't have number plates at the front?

Also the body kit is the INGS kit from the looks of it.
