New Owner - 2013 with 12000 miles
I think I really lucked out with this one. I needed to replace a car that had been totaled in an accident (a 2004 Mazda 3) and decided to look for a Fit. My needs were/are simple - basic transportation primarily but I also appreciate the handling and feel of a small car (a Miata was my daily driver for 5 years). The Fit solved a lot of problems for me - I love the ingenious design of the seats and I look forward to driving it to work every morning (I'll only be doing that for three more years - then I will be blissfully retired.
The only issue I've had with the car is the little disc that covers the tow hook receiver wouldn't stay in. That was a $15 fix - no problem. I'm fortunate that the low mileage seemed to be evenly distributed over the three years the previous owner drove the car. So no worries about it sitting in storage. It was a lease return and the first owner took immaculate care of the car.
So I'm feeling lucky and enjoying the car! Most people my age are driving SUVs or midsize vehicles - but I'm a small car guy. For the $$ this is a good one.
regards
Ken

wow, $15 for a cap? dang.. since it's a used car i'd probably pulled out some left over clear bra and made a round cut-out over the cap and just adhered it onto the bumper haha
congrats and MT?
