I bought this phone thru ATT but has since been unlocked. Its comes w/ WM 6.0 but i upgraded it to WM 6.5 which comes on the new Tilt2 that costs $400, and lets DL apps from WindowsMobile.com, and has touchflo and moto home themes added aswell. This phone is super clean and has had a screen protector since day 1. It includes 2 plastic covers (blue and clear) house charger, data cable and cd in original box.
