hey guys im selling this thing cuz i joined crossfit and i rarely use it anymore. its in really good shape, everything works great. the bench is adjustable and there is a detachable leg exercise piece as well. you can do tons of exercises on this thing. matter of fact you can download the workout guide from boflex but i'll give you mine anyways
