I'm getting ready for a several month roadtrip living out of my fit and researching portable power banks, so wondering if anyone has had a similar extended roadtrip experience and would have some suggestions.. I'm looking for one that has an ac outlet for charging my MacBook pro as well as USB port

I use that in case I need to jumpstart the car. It did manage to charge my cellphone overnight when I travelled. Not sure how it would do charging laptops, but they do make larger capacity versions.

 

+1 on the NOCO. Add the GBC007 hard wired cable accessory! great for jump starting your car when you forget to turn the dome light off while camping
