Ss

Is it easy to install the short shifter? And are the eyelids made in calgary or did you order them in from overseas. I bought a spoon shifter knob recently and i find it very comfortable but i did see the mugen short shifter looks like a fun purchase.

The SS is going to be on my X-mas list But, I will probably just get more socks instead

Three of us ordered the eyelids shipped together from here, you can PM Illusive for the shipment details.

Hey what does the spoon knob look like? Where did you get it from?

Duracon knob? I had that before my mugen one, good knob, just found it too light and small for my tastes.

Mugen SS is super easy to install, expect it in within 1 hour...hardest part is prying off that damn clip that holds the shifter cable in place.

On another note...I got a little Fit happy recently, it looks like I will be sporting a new look hopefully by August...once everything arrives and I can arrange for a date to get it all done...

Man, trying to keep up with you is going to bankrupt me!!

Speaking of bankrupting me , sending you a PM for a laundry list of stuff to settle up on.

No worries, I'll send you a PM receipt once everything comes in including decals and the painted eyelids...I think that's all you owe me...

Yo Illusive,

You got any pics of your SS installed yet? Are you using the stock boot? How does the new assembly feel compared to the stock setup?

I posted a pic in the pictures section last week after the meet. Got the Mugen shift boot on, not the stock boot. Didn't you try it out? I installed it prior to the meet! New assembly feels stiffer and sharper than the stock one. Throw is definitely shorter.

Bought it separately. Had the Mugen Boot with the Mugen Shift Knob since last year. They all fit together nicely

I don't know about the grille, that depends on Ben. When the shipment arrives from Japan, I expect it to be here within 2 days of that day haha! As for the other stuff, I got 2/4 packages...missing two of them. Should have been shipped out already (both of them), I estimate their arrival at the end of the week to early next week.

Mod monsters? Naaa...I think of it like an addiction...when you see it, you just have to get one...lose all self control...except that this is much more expensive than cancer sticks...on the bright side it doesn't slowly kill me...yet...
