Favourite Install Places
Hey,
I'm fairly new in Edmonton and the only place I've ever taken my car to get things done (installed, etc.) is AeroCarParts. I was wondering if anyone has really good recommendations for places in both Edmonton and Calgary (please let me know which one they are) where the prices are decent and the work is good...

Interesting... I see a lot people looking in here but no one wants to add in... Is all the fav places secret to all? I just figured in this day & age, we should all take responsibility in sharing where we've had good & bad service as great service is so rare and hard to find... I hope everyone will make an effort to share with others the kind of service they have received (especially the good ones) and advise everyone else of places where the technically challenged can get their stuff installed without the worries of being ripped off. Thanks!

Sorry you didn't get much of a responce Vlam The threads have been pretty dead over the past little while, I think a lot of people must be on vacation or away right now.
In any case, I don't really have too much to offer for help. My fav place to take my old car was Modern Moters... they specialize in off-road
Anyway, this is the sum of my entire experience with tuner cars in Calgary...
Urban Expressions Wheel and Tire = Super Awesome!
Speedtech = Good to work with
CMS = Good to deal with
Tuner Works = Not so great to deal with

Yessir.... many-o-times. Not sure where my impact screwdriver is tho... usually one is needed to remove the rotors. but you can sometimes get away without needing one.

pads/discs/shoes for sure.. but in order to do the lines you have to get them re-bled after installation.. i haven't done this on a car yet, just my mountain bike
i think my buddy andy knows how to bleed them... i'll ask him if he can help out..
