Race City Time Trial Auto X

Hey guys,

I am quoting this link from another local forum Beyond.ca but I think for those that are interested in having a lapping event at Racecity this could be fun and not too expensive. Might even be worth registering on Beyond if you're interested!

He wants people with experience only at this event. So how are we supposed to gain experience with not being able to go to these events....sad

I think I'll stick to the auto cross for the summer

Secret Streets does not count. I would expect someone to have some roadcourse experience, or extensive solo2 experience.
Yeah I think that discounts pretty much all of us

At what point do you need a race licence? I thought any of these road course events need one.

That really sucks...there's gotta be something out there that lets amateurs go out and have some fun!

Ok, I have a venue!

Walmart, Noon today!!

Rules are simple; 5 Laps around the parking lot, pedestrians are similar to cones... drifting is encouraged!

Sounds good, the Deerfoot Walmart? That has a nice big parking lot with lots of pedestrians and solo shopping carts!

you should make it during the weekend when the new brakes are on that way their will be way more obstacles and it will be more challenging

may I suggest adding a little tire shine to the mix!

It will be even better than driving around yesterday on summers!
