I think somebody;

-Wants to try out a new supercharger
-Wants to setup a new sponsor tent and try some new tires
-Wants to embarrass the rest of us with his stock fit
-Wants to try out some killer RPF1's and fat tires
-Wants to show off that vented carbon hood and prove that old people can still drive

A few more pics surfaced today from that event, the car is looking pretty solid on those corners.

Notice anything hiding in the bushes in the first picture

Also, check out Asimo in the second pic, he is going for a spin!

Well I am off to Lethbridge tomorrow morning. Wish me luck!

I am feel'n good, car seems to be running great and putting down some decent power. This is going to be a tough one as the lethbridge track is a lot more spread out, the cars with the real power are going to benefit with the longer straight stretches... my poor Fit will be struggling a bit to keep up.

sounds like you could use a header, test pipe and a full adjustable suspension my friend

I have a header.... but yeah a test pipe and a real suspension kit would go a long way to helping me.

As I suspected my car is pretty weak on the straights and this course had some long ones. I was also having some issues dialing in my tire pressure, my first run was a disaster because I had WAY too much pressure once the tires heated up. I bled off about 15lbs per tire through my next 3 runs and got some better traction that way. 41psi is the sweet spot for my tires, keeping it there with hot track temps was a challenge.

Hmmmm, I think my tires look pretty roasted! I need to take a tread wear indicator to it

Anyway, I placed 18th overall officially out of 26 cars. Was pretty fun!

then all I see left for bolt ons is a cam, cam gear and that test pipe. Some tuning with the eManage will help also after.

To be honest when you track the car I would really really recommend either a 16 or 15 inch wheel/tire package.

If you get some traklites or something like that with some Falken RT615`s or some toyo ra1`s you will do much better.

Your 17`s are heavy and hurting you all around the track.

Post some pics of the event man

I only snapped a couple of shots of the cars in it. No action ones this time

Yeah the 17's probably hurt me, but they look so damn cool

I am pretty much done now, I have a few loose ends to tie up like the pulley and short shifter... and one day side skirts. But I am looking to the future, hopefully I will have a new toy next year That new toy needs some compound R's!

I took the silencer out for this event, my car is freaking loud and backfires like crazy!! lol, I had people doing double takes because it sounds like a V8 or something now.

I was thinking about picking up a set of these for my stock rims, I think it will drop me into a lower class as well; will have to consult the rules.

Hankook Ventus R-S2 (225/45/R15)

EDIT: Damn, the only thing keeping me out of STX is my manifold
Mind you the PAX on FSP is only 0.833 and STX is 0.820 so it wouldn't help as much as it would put me at a disadvantage.

Hmmmm, Falken makes the ZIEX ZE912 in a 225/50/R15

Do you think that would mount up to a stock rim without rubbing?

the ze-912's are not a autocross worthy tire, they are an all-season performance tire. I'd try and stick with the rt-615's if you could but the largest is a 205/50

if you can wait till sept we can all try the set that i have and see how they handle.
