Spring Cleaning starts with a 2009 Dyno Day!

When Ben was tuning my car in Vancouver they did all of the turning before tripping the EGR low flow CEL. He was saying the car actually lost a lot of power until they tuned it to comphensate.
They found the manifold drastically leans out the A/F and without adjustment to the fuel delivery.
It was only the next day the CEL was tripped and buggered up my tune (assuming the CEL causes the car to run rich)

well i wonder if the car was running in a limp type mode but not throughing the CEL?
with this new manifold my a/f have not changed much from stock. i see .1-.2 leaner but that could also be gauge error.
BTW im running the aem uego wideband

I don't think so, I think after the CEL I believe it screws up the mix. There is some speculation that maybe because of the redesigned increased EGR flow it is correcting the crazy lean AF I was getting before.

lately it was running 14.3 which i heard is normal for the fit, but the 20 minutes i took to drive the fit last night i saw 14.5 at the highest.
does this sound right guys?
i think the new weapon r manifold fixed the egr problems so now the car is just running with a bigger and easier flowing intake manifold so the air delivery is perfect.
now i just need the j's throttle body and i will have both intake and exhaust opened up for ultra fastness.
