When i first got the car, I used to get around 550-575...ever since I added the exhaust and lowered, I'm only getting around 450!!!

Not sure if it's my driving or what but that's all i'm getting now

Drive mostly city, plus turn car off 20 - 30 times a day while doing deliveries. Get about 480km a tank. 80km after the gas light comes on.

I think QST gets 350km a tank with a fit sport automatic. I was surprised when QST told me this, because I'm pushing 400-450 with MT.

Shift low, keep it in high gear, and use regular gas. Saw another thread somewhere. Someone who hooked up a vtec engaging light on dashboard, said vtec comes on between 2800 and 3500 rpm, so try to stay under that. When high shifting, gas usage was much higher.

Higher octane fuel is for high compression engines. Like the civic si or s2000. The comment I made was explaining my high mileage. Sorry for any confusion.

Got 491km on my last tank and filled up 35.2L. Averaged 7.17L/100km which is about on par with what Honda is saying for city driving...
