I heard Deadmonton installed some public urinals for drunk guys to go in so they don't pee on the street and get a ticket! We are more civilized, he have an automated cleaning bathroom that sanitizes itself after every use.

You can roll your windows down a bit and wedge the flag in between the window and the visor, but i don't think it's that safe...
