I only use 89octane during the coldest time of the year when temperature drops down to 0c or lower at night. But 98% of the time I use Chevron 92octane coz engine runs smoother & quieter, especially when it's warmer out.

I've been using motul 5w30 full syn oil myself since 10,000km or so.

chevron 89...i tried 87 a few times but could not get anywhere near the result i got using 89...

No, it's not "healthy" to attempt to overfill your tank. You can switch to synthetic (or back to dino for that matter) at any oil change.

How much do you guys usually fill it up to? I filled squeezed up to 39L today and I don't think I should do that anymore. lol.

Well it stops at around 34 I think, and do you squeeze it any higher?

Same here, around 34L per fill up.
