Fogs are an option. The bodyshop has to cut into the bumper to mount the lights and no they do not affect the ic pipes.

Thanks. Also, how much money to do the conversion? Parts and professional Installation and paint? and which bodyshop?

Parts - Talk to Ben @ A&J but they will be around $2500

Paint and install, you're looking at another $2500. The guy that did my car, Guiness & Vince isn't willing to do them anymore so you may have to find someone else. AJ_Cow got his done by Automind in Burnaby.
