LOL< you got that right~ My gf and I are dying to go snowboarding~ Felix should come too~ Dun worry about driving up there, we have enough fit(s) to drive you and your gf up to the slopes.

Other ideas... we can always go to Harrison Hot Spring for some R&R (Relax and Recreation).

Portland is one hell of a long drive! You guys have to consider that it can snow anytime during December and the last thing you guys want is to be heading down to Oregon and being stuck in a snow storm

I'm out for Ski/board trip but I'm down for the states. Premium Outlet or Seattle, then we can meet up with the seattle/vancouver people.

Its hard to get a lot of people to be out on a 3 day trip... Xmas is busy for a lot of people in the retail industry... I doubt we can organise a big meet... I would prolly stick to a one day event.. maybe skiing/snowboard or some other activities that most people can attend.

While we think about a winter meet... maybe we can also start thinking about spring meet (usually host by revscene).. I think thats one of the BIGGER events taht we should tend to... last yea.. theres only me and Smatt =\

You are 100% wrong.

We work with the local RCMP and VPD to host these events. They're events that we've worked extremely hard at putting together with the SUPPORT of our local law enforcement.

Every meet we have is attended by several representatives of VPD's Pacer program. They're VPD officers that mod their cars and they take their cars to the race track and race. They're cool as shit if you talk to them because they're just like any other import car enthusiast out there.

Every RS meet is quite possibly the safest import car meets we have in the entire Pacific Northwest because we have the support of our local law enforcement. You think we'd have RCMP and VPD ESCORT our cars from all the pre-meet locations to the actual meet spot if we didn't have their support? They're also the ones that volunteer their time to show up to our events to educate themselves on what the local import scene is doing along with helping us on traffic control.

During last summer's meet some guy showed up in his car and started burning rubber and basically causing shit that shouldn't be done in public. He took off and came back later and got a ticket from the VPD because he was causing trouble. If you show up to the meet and behave properly then nothing will happen to you or your car.

nah, you guys can go..i don't take that risk.i get enough VI on the street already.
why do u think they give you VI, they are cops that's their job to pull cars over that are unsafe on the road, like being super low and have crazy negative camber.
once a cop always a cop ! u just have to remember that...some of them aren't bad guys just it's their job requirement to do such thing.

I agree w/ Kevvur. I've driven modifed cars for over 8 years now (wow I'm old) and never had a problem with the police. I've been to a fair share of RS meets as well. It's not the car, it's how you drive it. If you give them a reason, they're going to pull you over...simple as that...modifed car or not. And don't say they don't pull me over b/c they see a woman driving the car. Same goes for my boyfriend and many male friends I've met over the years. /rant

Anyhoo, I'd be up for a trip to Cypress. My schedule is pretty rough around the holidays but if it works out, I'd try to come for sure!
