no duhhh lol told u

should of gone with 8 or 10 and can get away with a smaller box without taking up space and wont effect the sound at all. DD 8inch with a long ported box takes up like 1/4 the trunk space.

...but how does it sound? Must sound nice, huh?

I was looking @ these:

JL Audio CS110RG-W3v3 Sealed PowerWedge™ enclosure with one 10" W3v3 subwoofer at Crutchfield.com
(10' sub) - my current sub is a cheaper version of this one. The above sub has a better driver, can handle more power, and are the same size as my current sub.

...or this 8' ported sub...
JL Audio CP108LG-W3v3 FlatWedge™ slot-ported enclosure with one 8" W3v3 subwoofer at Crutchfield.com

Sealed usually better than ported when trying to keep the enclosure small. Ported enclosure are 3db + louder but not as defined as sealed. Sealed requires twice the power to make the same volume (3db).

I get da JL stealthbox. It comes with a 10w3... It sounds good for one 10". I got it mostly to keep the cargo space.

I forgot the color of the carpet.... was it grey or black? The overall clarity of the system is what got my attention and all off of one amp mean.

If you're talking about my DD then it needs to be in a ported box built to spec or it's gonna sound weird
