any of our guys have GE with HID?

how did you handle the DRL? take out fuse? does the warning light turn on?

Yes, I have Bi-Xenon HID in my 09 Honda FIT Sport AT/NAV.

Bi-xenon HID get power directly from the battery. HID controller connects to one side of headlight connectors (driver side) to trigger the HID. So DRL did not complete circuit. DRL warning light will show up in the dashboard.

I resolved DRL warning light by installing LED. So DRL completed circuit.

If you unpluged one of stock bulbs, DRL warning light would turn ON as well. Just my experiment before installing LED.

and nothing will happen? my gfs accord has a DRL light that stays on if i do that, and its pretty annoying..

Nothing will happen it just cut off the current did them on a GE when doing the retrofit and for the accord locate the fuse box and find where the DRL fuse and remove it.

i removed my fuse too. easy peezy fo sheezy.
