Adam (one of the sales managers) is a great guy and will be honest and straightforward with you. the sales staff seems very normal and friendly as well. parts department consistently gets me parts at 15% off, matching other dealers. alot of people think they will get better deals / service by going further south however that wasn't the case in my experience. i went to 5+ dealers and santa barbara honda was by far the friendliest and i didn't feel like i needed to break or punch anything

i will say my experience at the adjoining nissan and toyota dealers was not as pleasant.
