Non-commission sales staff. Only dealer in Utah to quote correct Honda MSRP pricing when I walked in and "played stupid." Low documentation fee.
Ken Garff sneaks extras on the car which you have to buy and the doc fee is higher.
Stockton '12 quoted pricing $1400 above MSRP.
Larry H. Miller literally scared me --- wanted me to initial documents before we'd even agreed on a price. Very high-pressure. Give you popcorn and soda to make you feel like "you owe" them.
