After spending too much money on replacement Halogens I'm actually on the site now, about to make the payment when two questions came to mind.

1) is the life expectancy the same or less than a halogen bulb?
2) can these be mounted without removing the bumper? if so can anyone out there that ordered these already pass on some tips to a first timer!
