nm i found the socket adapters lol

 

Wtf!!!!!!! Ive checked every possible adapter, plugs, sockets. And still nothing. Someone show me a photo if I really did it wrong. FML!!

 

STOCK tails should already have adapters on with them. I just detached those and put them on the new tails. not that difficult.. take a quick look again. i def did not need any splicing

 

Of course its not difficult. If the adapters were there, i would've never had this problem. I'll just have to look again.

 

haha sorry dude. didnt mean to sound like a smart ass. but yeah they are definitely there, cuz stock lights cant run without them.

lol. all good. im not upset. only upset at myself if that's really the case. but i'll wait to see if anyone else has the same problem like me and GE up here^^ i got them wired up fine so if i do feel like going back, it'll be a piece of cake.

ROFL! Omg you guys crack me up! all you had to do was take the reverse plug out of the OEM tails and put them in the new tails and then plug everything up. Hahahahaha Don't worry about it now man if your lights work they work. Just good luck getting new ones on there now that you did that. :/ or if you decide to go back to OEM tails. OMG I wish you luck lol.

 

Dang it I can't find the thread where it explains the steps on how to install the lights. :/ It was in one of the last 4 GB for these lights lol.

My understanding is that the ones from the GB come direct from Axis. However, like the ones in the ebay listing they are also coming from Taiwan. The price on ebay is pretty high if you ask me. If I were you I would keep an eye out for another group buy......if there is one.

 

Well that's a good question, ours is coming from Taiwan too, looks the same, but we got ours 80$ cheaper shipped ! Hmm I wonder if they are literally from the same supplier even though our vendor says its coming from axis itself
