Hello Fits-In-Tune. members,

Our 1st official meet for 2010 is scheduled for Jan. 10th, 2010 (Sunday). The rain/snow date will be the following Sunday, the 17th.

Location/Destination:
On Track Karting
984 N Colony Rd (Rt 5)
Wallingford CT 06492

Time:
9:30-10:00AM (meeting spot for the drive)
12:00PM (at the track)

Meet spot:
Hooters of Fresh Meadows

61-09 190th St
Fresh Meadows, NY 11365

We will depart from here no later than 10:30AM. Those that cannot make it by then will meet us at the track.


Cost:
$30-35 pp For Fits-In-Tune members only price (includes required headsock & 2 races)
$25-30 each per race for Non-Members


That's right F.I.T.freaks, this will be an indoor go-karting meet. The cost per person will be at the above price if we can get at least 10 or more Fits-In-Tune members for the meet. Non-members are not included in the headcounts for this discounted rate. I visited this track recently and believe the new track layout will be challenging and fun for all.

GPNY was also considered for this meet but their cost for similar (2 races) was doubled versus the cost of this track. I've been to this track numerous times with friends and it is worth the trip. The drive up there is great too.

Please keep in mind that this is an official Fits-In-Tune meet and not any cars club meet. We ask if everyone can be a bit selective in whom they would like to invite. We will have a photoshoot for all Fits-In-Tune members afterwards.
