what if we made all LA highways TOLL .... similar to how they roll in Japan. dont gotta go somewhere.... sweet... stay your ass at home! less cars on the road, less traffic... YAY!

everyone pays anyways, and traf doesnt improve? well .... thats def a possibility. at the very least, it would keep those unregistered/uninsured to stay off the highways ... so thats SOMETHING... right?

 

When they rolled out the "Lexus Lanes" along the 110 and 10, I thought that eventually they would make those freeways toll-access only.
