Best way to ship rims/tires

In the past Ive had problems shipping wheels and tires due to their shape...I shipped through UPS and it was pretty difficult...so to anyone out there whos done it, how did you do it?

2 boxes, 2 wheels per box, use a BUNCH of tape and tape the 2 boxes together. we used to tape all 4 boxes together when i worked at robearracing to ship the wheels.

The 16x7 and 16x9 Fuchs rims with Kumho racing tires that I bought from a guy in Florida for my Porsche were shipped in seperate boxes. They showed up in great shape and were easy to handle.
