I dont think mods get that.....I dont know. I have been repping all day and havent seen anything like that before.

I have not pay close enough attention yet, but is seems like after about 10 Reps in one day.

Also, I will get a message that I need to "spread my Rep around to others before I can rep “Insert name here” again". I am not sure what it is based on because some of the people it has been a few days since I Repped them.
