Rep Points..does anybody really care about them?

How do i get rid of my 3 bad reps i was posting in the word thread thinking it was a post whore thread similar to the one i use on s2ki.com to boost your post per day. Basically you can post a dot as many times to get more ppd. The next day 3 guys sent me neg rep saying they wanted me to stop posting nonsense. I wasnt trying to be an idiot or anything just trying to have a high post number. i should of asked before i started posting. Any help so i can get rid of that horrible red dot?
You can't get rid of them.
What I suggest: try being an asset to the community and contribute meaningful experience and information. Be an example to others. You will then earn yourself enough positive rep to offset the damage of the neg.
