THAT is why the new people aren't getting rep! I did some people with just a few posts, to be like a welcome wagon. They got three green dots, but no rep numbers!

I guess the green dots and a nice welcome message are good though.

I still don't quite understand how it all works. Or what I'm supposed to do.

What is the limit of reps that one can give out?
