I think not many people will like it because it's so different, coming from a 1st person perspective, lacking a real plot. It's a simple monstet movie done differently. I thought it was GREAT. I loved it, especially for being unlike most monster movies.

Thats what made this film so epic. I mean, its like nothing else. The level of intensity is unmatched. So real. Thats how it would be if it all went down.

The Movie was alright, the whole camera shaking 1st person thing got REALLY annoying though. I dont know, i kinda wish i waited till it came out on DVD first.

I cant even watch regular movies now, that use regular cams. It seems so cheesey and fake compared to that.

yeah i really liked cloverfield too. that was the first movie that i ever really wanted to see, so much in fact that i watched the midnight showing for it the night before it opened. the shaky camera was a little annoying in the beginning but i got used to it once i got really into the movie. i really like how everything is realistic and mysterious and it leaves so many holes in the plot, which makes it even more unsettling and overall fantastic haha. lots of people didn't appreciate the mystery in the movie but i thought it worked very well.

by the same guys who have done the other two recent satire movies right?

they have like 3 funny parts...the rest is fodder for highschool kids.

at least cloverfield is different.

weak stomach...lol j/k I went to go see it w/ my friend...she got a lil headache from how it was shot, but I was fine... We both like it...if this movie was shot in third person view i think the movie wpuld had been boring but shooting it in the first person made movie great.

Here another question wat did think of the monster itself???????
