saw it last night.

freaking great.

8.5/10, and probably the best one so far. the cinematography was great.
very suprised at the PG rating though. easily could have been PG-13.

the way this film was made emphasizes that HP is a story for everyone about young adults, not a story for kids about young adults

It was really good. Not a lot of magic or action. It was more of a turning point kind of movie, where it basically sets everything up for the ending. It was still brilliant. One of their best.

 

glad to see some other potter fans. i've seen it twice now. may go for another...uh 'go' this weekend.

I'm not a Harry Potter fan myself. I got dragged into watching by my girlfriend and her peers. I kept an open mind and tried to appreciate the film. Visually the movie is a treat, but I didn't enjoy it.

Surprisingly, neither did my girlfriend and her friends! They thought the movie cut out a lot of important things from the book.

The relationship between Ron and Lavender was hilarious though. Highlight of the movie.

 

Yeah, the cinematography on this one was great. Maybe my second favorite after "Azkaban"

 

I haven't seen it yet, but all my friends say it suck.
I refuse to believe it though haha.

 

im still tied between azkaban and this one. alfonso cuaron was just amazing.
