We are playing this game on my football bulletin board, and I tought it was pretty interesting and could be modified for here...

The rules of the game are pretty simple and the goal of this game basically is to find out the most and least popular Honda models on this board. As the Fit is the most popular model on here Iīll have to leave them out as everyone would just vote for them all the time anyway. Itīd compromise the whole game.

- Each model starts off with 15 points and every user can give out ONE plus point and TWO minus points per post. You canīt have one without the other so you MUST give out plus and minus points when you vote.

- Every user is only allowed to vote once per day to avoid one user killing off one model in 3 minutes with 8 consecutive posts.

- Models are eliminated when they have ZERO points.

- Everyone is allowed to play.

- When a model is eliminated, donīt delete it from the list, but rather just note the date it was deleted on.

- When you make your vote, donīt just subtract or add the points to the modelīs total, but also please note it behind the models name.

- If you have any questions or anything is unclear, please ask.

I'm going with just the base 2008 Models at 15 points to keep this first game short, if it is popular, we could go with a more detailed (or modified) list for another round.

15 - Accord +1 i've onwed 2, first was an 88 i bought in 98 with no mods and was totaled when hit from behind by an eclipse while parked across the street from my house on 4/20/99, the day of columbine... and my second was a two door ex purchesed in july 03 in newport beach, that was stolen from my driveway in las vegas 1/26/06. my mom owned 2 when i was growing up, bought her first in 85 and upgraded in 91, which she still drives daily even tho she has a brand new mercedes in the garage.

Ugh I hate to be the monkey wrench in the machine but does "kill" include redesign? There are some models that I feel need to be redesigned, but killed no, because I feel they fit a certain market that Honda should be in.

I understand your love of all things Honda, I actually share it. They are by far the best auto company out there in my opinion. However, the idea of the game is that eventually all the "contestants" except one get eliminated. That can only happen if there are more -'s on every vote than +'s. Hence the opening rule, 1 +, 2 -'s on every vote. I will adjust those five back down by one, and you can take two votes today to make up for the misunderstanding yesterday if you would like.

Absolutely redesign is included. I agree that all the Honda models have at least some purpose, but the object of the game is really more to "rank" which models board members prefer.

I guess I wasn't very clear about the rules, perhaps I should word it differently. Pick the one car you like the most, and two cars you like the least. The two you like the least can be the same vehicle. I will reset it to the same it was before your vote, and you can vote again if you like.
