I'd put a down payment on a house.
And maybe buy a new camera from the left overs.

 

I would pay off my car and house and then find a nice handicapped van for my sister who has MS and is in a
wheelchair. She can only go out shopping when we schedule a ride on the local alternative bus with handicapped ramp. It often takes weeks to get on the schedule and then if she doesn't feel well we have to cancel. It would be great to have a van for her so she could go out anytime she felt like it. Before she had MS we went everywhere together. I miss that most since she has to be in a wheelchair or bed most of the time.
