What Did You Have for Dinner?

I started this on another forum and I think it gives some great ideas...so here it goes.

Tonight I made a German Riesling Cream Sauce with tomatoes, parsley and sausage over shells. I garnished it with some Parmesan cheese and more parsley. Came out pretty good...have to mess around with my recipe a bit more but I was pretty happy with it.

What about everyone else?

Last Night: Spinach Dumplings and Pizza and Green Machine Naked Juice.

At the moment: Steak Quesadilla and Taco from Taco Bell.

I'm a student. That's my excuse for not always eating healthy. Healthy eating can get expensive too.

We had a very quick pot of chili and a bunch of cornbread muffins, because it's finally cold enough to think about soup...

Last night we had chicken and black bean enchiladas, which is a family fave.

MMMMM....I love Vietnamese food! And it's finally getting cold here, so I can have my favorite soup, pho!! I love fried eggrolls all year round. These look pretty good and I can't believe I haven't had them...or if I did, I pronounced it wrong...
