thats why i have stopped repping people. some people are breaking the rules and im not gonna give them higher rep for that. one rep from me is worth like 50,000 visible reps too.

Yeah this is pointless if people aren't repping because they suspect people are breaking the rules that is dumb you should act on it.... ohhh well........
