I ordered May 13. Found out yesterday that it would be built in Nov. I _MIGHT_ have it by Christmas.

So spring might work for me too.

congrats on picking the FIt. do you know how long your wait is? and what are you getting? (color, AT/MT,sport?) welcome to the club!

 

I have no idea how long it's going to take for mine to arrive. The salesman said 2 to 3 months (I hope he is right). Ordered white sport with MT

 

If anyone is looking for a white sport with AT, The Honda Store here in Youngstown just got one in.

 

Take some pics! Is it with black or beige interior? (I've got beige on order).

(Still looking for pics of White with the HFP wheels....)

Jonas, it's got the black interior with 15" wheels. Looks great, if I get up there again I'll get a couple pics if you still want them.

 

Don't worry about it - it will just make me feel worse about not having mine....

Hey guys!

I ordered my fit in early Aug. (Storm Silver MT) and was told it would be in on Oct 15th. I called yesterday to see if it was still on schedule and they said it should still be here on Oct. 15. It seems like everyone else's dates are getting pushed back...should I prepare myself for the bad news?!

I agree that spring will probably be a better time as most of you who are still waiting will have your Fits by then. I would still want to do it at a dealership (Hugh White was great) and have it be a family kind of day.

Any thoughts ?

Maybe not. Just keep calling. Either it is coming or not.

My dealer was supposed to get my FIT Sport on 9/25 and it arrived a few days early. They knew about 9/21 and it arrived 9/23. Took delivery 9/25 in Indiana.

 

Well, it turns out there was bad news in my future. But things turned around with a little work, a lot of luck, and a letter....

I think you WILL like the FIT sport even if it costs a bit more and takes another month. Hope you can hang in there until then.

I would love to find one but they are non-existant and the ones that I do spot are pre-sold or way over MSRP

Stopped in the Honda Store here in Y-town today because I saw two in their back lot. Turns out that they are sold. The manager said that he has 7 on order and they are already sold

 

It really is crazy maybe with gas prices coming back to normal maybe the demand will lessen and I'll get a change to accually drive one that a dealer has for sale
