Honda Acty
I saw a vehicle approaching in the opposite lane this morning, and it was tiny - much smaller than the Smart. It was a Honda, and I did a search. It's a Honda Acty, a 600cc van and truck. It's 1.47 meters wide - about 4' 10". Google will show you lots of articles.
