Honda Dealer and Repair Shop Feedback

I had a recent interaction with a local Boston car dealer - Prime Honda in West Roxbury. They "forgot" to rotate my tires when I had the car in for its first oil change, coolant level check, CVT, and tire rotation. They questioned me as to how I knew that the tires were not in fact rotated - I showed them post-repair that the red clay pen markings on the front wheels were still on the front wheels. They weren't able to get the tires rotated in a speedy fashion (I already spent 1h30 there) so I asked for a refund.

Stay vigilant my friends (and this is a reason why I change my own oil and do routine maintenance).

Hello
You are very lucky they did not tell you that you need a dealer induced expensive repair or your car is going to fall out of the sky.
