it's a FORD..... I had a Mazda 3 and had so much problems with interior noises... Plus it looks like there's no hope for installing an aftermarket stereo.

:D

That's right it's still a Ford so you'll get all the Ford car ownership experience that comes with it

My brother's '04 Explorer had so many problems with it Ford had to buy the car back from him.

Too bad it's a Ford, cause it's really very pretty and sexy.
I have had my fill of Mazdas / Fords, from a 1974 Pinto to a 1996 Mazda 626. Although nothing major, there seemed to be a constant barrage of minor mechanical problems. The kind that make you not trust the car for a long trip, or to let your daughter drive, for fear of a roadside stranding.

Hey SSM0423, from what I understand, the Fit isn't very conducive to aftermarket stereos, either; is this not true? I have to plead ignorance here; my car isn't in yet. Seems like I did read that in some reliable place.

Don’t think we will see this in NA. Ford has a bounch of subcompacts in EU (Ka, festiva) that never made it here.

ok, so if i smashed the front end of the fit and mated it to a golf gti I'd have that fugly thing... so glad I have the fit now.

BTW, that mazda 2... looks like no way to install an aftermarket stereo, hope that one is worth at least 2 years worth of ownership.

Good exterior styling, terrible interior styling, would like to see some specs but its gonna be a ford so...

Once I have a good suspension on my fit I wouldnt trade it for any of the others in its class (although maybe the Mitsubishi Colt Turbo, if it ever came to canada)

Found a few better pics of this. Personally, I think it looks pretty damn good, better than the Fit for the most part, but I wouldn't trade my car in for one just yet. It's gonna have to prove itself a better performance car in every way before I'd even consider giving up the Fit.

the outside is just ok to me, the inside is horrid. what happen to the center console area. plus it seems to be lacking in the only thing i need the most, hauling space. looking at the layout, there is no way in hell i'll get half the stuff in that thing that i probably could in a fit.

I think I remember reading that this might come to the US as a Ford Fiesta.
